Telangana Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025
Chief Minister of the Telangana Shri Revanth Reddy has launched a revolutionary scheme for the Youths of the State to Set-up their Businesses. Under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Telangana, the State Government will provide financial assistance upto Rs. 3 lakh each to 5 lakhs youths of the State.
Online Registration for this scheme has started on 17 March 2025 through a new online Portal, Those Candidates who fulfil the Eligibility Criteria prescribed by the Government can Register Themselves according to their Category.
Objectives of Rajeev Yuva Vikasam Scheme Telangana
- To Empower the Unemployed Youths of the State.
- To provide Financial Assistance upto Rs. 3 Lakh each to 5 lakh unemployed Youths.
- To help Youths to Set-up their Businesses.
- To Connect More youths with Entrepreneurship.
Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Subsidy
Category 1: Loans upto Rs. 1 Lakh with 80% Subsidy and 20 Percent will be Paid by the Candidate.
Category 2: Loans from 1 Lakh to 2 Lakh will be given with 70% Subsidy.
Category 3: Loans up to Rs 3 lakh with a 60% subsidy.
Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Telangana.
- Candidates must be Unemployed Youth.
- Candidates should have a bank account.
- Candidates must belong to the SC/ST/BC or Minorities.

Telangana Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Apply Online
- Applicants will have to visit the tsobmms.cgg.gov.in Portal to Apply Online.
- Click on the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Registration Button given on the Homepage.
- Now Select Your Category in which you belong.
- Now proceed with filling the Application form with Required Details.
- Upload the Required Documents like Address Proof and Bank Proof and Caste Certificate.
- Click on the Submit button for Final Submission.
- Note Your Registration Number for future Reference.
